WELDMENTS

Weldments refer to structures made by joining multiple metal components such as tubes, pipes, or plates using welding processes.

We create weldments by modeling individual structural members, defining their profiles, lengths, and joints, and then specifying weld locations and types. Weldment models are commonly used for frames, supports, and industrial structures, and they allow designers to generate accurate engineering drawings, cut lists, and fabrication details for manufacturing.

Structural Weldment Design

We create accurate and fabrication-ready structural models such as frames, supports, and assemblies. Modeling individual members with correct profiles, lengths, and joint conditions, then defining weld locations to clearly communicate how parts are joined. This approach allows precise engineering drawings and cut lists, helping fabricators efficiently build strong, properly aligned welded structures with minimal rework.
